Lori Thompson, MD is a pediatric trained anesthesiologist who completed her adult anesthesia and then pediatric anesthesia fellowship training with subsequent specialization in pediatric cardiac anesthesia at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, AR in 2010. She continued to practice pediatric cardiac anesthesia for 8 years at the Arkansas Children's Hospital where she trained future pediatric anesthesiologists as well as those with an interest in providing pediatric cardiac anesthesia as a sub-specialty.

Her desire to be back home in Ellensburg, WA, brought her to M2 Anesthesia for this unique opportunity to continue to serve the pediatric population of Washington state.

Dr. Thompson enjoys spending time with family and all of her animals. She has horses, dogs and cats and a donkey named Sally. She enjoys fly fishing and snow skiing and all the other enjoyable outdoor activities of the northwest.
