Dr. Karl Hyde is a board-certified anesthesiologist. He began practicing anesthesia in 2003. He joined M2 Anesthesia in 2013 after working as an anesthesiologist at several hospitals and a surgery center. He loves caring for children. He is a native of New Orleans, LA where he graduated from Tulane Medical School and also did his internship.

He has lived in many places in the country while serving in the US Navy Submarine Force and subsequent civilian career. He has worked in the defense industry as a Field Service Engineer, been part of two Arctic expeditions searching for a lost whaling ship, and briefly as a Chemist before starting his medical profession.

He lives very happily on a small farm in Oregon with his family.
